Quotes
Quotes are given in USD to international clients when commission slots are open. You must have proper clear 2- 3 view concept art to get a more accurate quote with all details listed.
Final prices are subject to change if there are design elements changed, extras added, etc, after the commission has already been accepted.
Quote are not given out when commission slots are closed, however, we can give out an estimate.
Ordering
You must be +18 to order from us.
Ordering is done when we have commissions open, through a google form, submissions with the following will not be ellegible for a commision slot:
- AI generated image / reference
- non proper reference sheet (regular drawings or pictures of another suit)
- non-negotiable, impossible completion date (ex: in 1 week)
Payment
We do not take full payments upfront, When we accept a commission we will formulate a monthly payment plan based on the estimated compleation date.
We can readjust the payment plan and work around it if extra time is requested, however, if we stop receiving payments without previous notice or communication, after 2 months the commission will be canceled and refunded.
The monthly payment plans should be sent within the first 7 days of the month, if there are delays we may include a 5-10% fee.
International orders are (prefereably) to be paid through either Wise or direct bank transfers, otherwise paypal can be used but the adittional paypal fee will need to be added.
Wait time
Once it is your turn on the queue, fursuit heads take up to 90 days, Partial suits should take 2 - 3 months to be completed, Full fursuits take 3-5 months, all depends on character complexity. if there's a specific date or convention you would like it to be completed by it should be approved beforehand.
Work in Progress
Progress pictures will be sent for any major updates such as patterning approval and color matching, otherwise, feel free to ask for an update whenever.
Design and corrections
At the begginning of the process we will provide you with concept art for your fursuit, at this stage you can make any correctons you wish to have on your suit.
Once the concept art has been aproved, we will be basing your suit on that concept art. Changes to the design after the concept has been aproved may have an addittional cost.
If at any post you do not like the way your suit is looking, please let us know, we will look for a way to make things right.
Shipping
Shipping will be done through UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Shipping cost is not included in the prices and it must be paid off once the commission is complete and ready to ship.
Refunds
Refunds will be handled this way; 90% of whats already been paid will be refunded if the commission has not been started yet. After work has been made, 75% will be refunded to cover material costs.
Repairs
Throughout the next 6 months after receiving your fursuit we offer repairs free of cost. Shipping must be taken care of by the customer.
Materials
The fur used on fursuits will be imported fur from BIGZFABRIC’s and HOWLfabrics.
If you'd like a different brand we will calculate the cost from the price difference.
